Calmadita is a typeface ideal for medium texts in digital environments such as Kindle and Ipad devices. With its dynamic and brutal personality, it was intended for use in educational resources and digital literature for young people and children. But we'd love to see it on whatever project you find it suitable for.
Calmadita was developed as part of the 1st Letrastica Community Typographic Tournament, 2020, by the Sic Typus Creatus Est team:

The tournament was a friendly competition between members of the Mexican and Latin American community where 8 teams, each comprised of a range from beginner designers to experienced professionals, developed a proposal for a screen optimized text font. A group of 8 judges assigned scores and gave weekly feedback while many other community members followed the activities in a video broadcast.
